Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alyssa Reed Designs! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below:

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases such as candles and wax melts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
